The Maharashtra Police Co-operative Housing Federation Limited (MPCHFL)

MPCHFL was formed in 1998 with the socio-economic objective of providing affordable, subsidized, habitable, and high-quality homes in Maharashtra. The Federation prioritizes providing affordable homes at subsidized rates to person/s employed with 1. Police Department 2. State and Central Government 3. Government undertakings such as MHADA, MCGM, Nationalised Banks, Schools, Colleges, etc. 4. To provide affordable homes to the public, in general.

The Problem

MPCHFL was striving to find the right marketing partner that truly understood their marketing and lead-gen problem areas and provide customized solutions. Our goal was to generate qualified leads for the sales team to connect, nurture and convert within 30 days of the first contact.

Our digital strategy was built step-by-step to ensure Reach, Act, Convert and Engage (RACE).

Facebook to be the primary lead generation platform.

Facebook evolved as our go-to digital platform as it was yielding us the best ROI. However, the cost advantage came with multiple challenges, which we overcame during the course of this project. We still decided to allocate 80% of our budget to Facebook and worked our way around these challenges as we believed it could give us the best results when compared with other digital platforms.

  • Reverse data integration to optimize cost and overcome targeting challenges on Facebook
  • A/B Testing to optimize Lead-gen Cost by 60%
  • Real-time data integration to move the lead from TOFU to MOFU
  • Combining geo-targeting with the right ad sets and executing it right

The Result

  • 12,250 leads generated in 90 days within a budget of INR 1.5 Mn
  • An already low CPL of INR 189 was further brought down to INR 121
  • Set a new industry benchmark of leads that visited the site – 5.65%
  • The industry average is around 2%
  • We bagged a Silver Award for this campaign
