The challenge Burlington English faced was in amplifying brand recognition and product awareness within their intended audience. They struggled with articulating the way to put forward the unique advantages of their offerings and build a larger customer base

Strategy

We opted to create informative, educational, and engaging content to be shared on social media platforms, Meta and LinkedIn Ads. To better target the audience, we segmented the content based on their respective demographics.

To target Teachers, Students, and Parents, we utilized Facebook, Instagram, and Meta ads, recognizing their heightened engagement rates on these channels.

Similarly, for HRs and Managers, we maximized outreach through LinkedIn, utilizing LinkedIn Ads to strengthen brand and product awareness, leveraging the platform’s popularity within this demographic.

This approach allowed us to effectively engage each audience, tailoring content to fit their preferences and behaviors.

Results

Overall Facebook Results: 

  1. 2.1k % of increase in Impression & reach within 8 months 
  2. 81% of increase in Engagement with 8 months 

Overall Instagram Results: 

  1. 28.9k % of increase in impression within 6 months 
  2. 23.5k% of increase in reach within 6 months 
  3. 16.8k % of increase in engagement with 6 months
